This Endowed Chair is named for Norm Ehmann, vice president emeritus of Van Waters and Rogers (an international pesticide and industrial chemical distributing company.) Ehmann has worked more than 50 years in the pesticide industry. Internationally recognized in his field, he is considered to be the father of the structural pest control industry.
Uses and Purposes
The proceeds from the endowment fund may be used to supplement the salary of the holder of the chair/professorship, to pay salaries for his or her assistants, and to pay expenses associated with the holder’s scholarly work.
