Pan/McCracken Scholarship for Diversity in Integrated Plant Sciences

Bill Pan and Vicki McCracken independently arrived at Washington State University in 1984 to start their academic faculty careers in soil science and agricultural economics, respectively. Both applied their land grant training to research and extension, teaching, administrative leadership, and mentoring that has produced next gene ration agricultural leaders. Moving forward with the creation of this scholarship, Vicki and Bill see the need to diversify land grant students, constituents, and mission.

The purpose of this scholarship is to support educational diversity at WSU by giving priority to students who are under-represented in the WSU undergraduate student body population majoring in Integrated Plant Sciences.
