As a leadership, not-for-profit 501(c)3 society of women of achievement in the fields of food, beverage and hospitality, Les Dames d’Escoffier, Seattle Chapter, contribute to their communities through education, scholarships, grants, and mentoring.
Scholarships are awarded to residents of Washington State and studying as an undergraduate and/or graduate student in the fields of Organic and Sustainable Agriculture.
