This scholarship is in memory of Travirse M. Floch (1884-1970) and his wife Eula Boggan Floch (1884-1968), both pioneer residents of Asotin County, Washington. Both were born and lived in Asotin County all their lives and were very interested in the education of young people.
Award Requirements
Students receiving this scholarship should be full-time, regularly enrolled undergraduate students majoring in agriculture and have completed their sophomore year.
