Anderson Family CAHNRS Scholarship

John and Anna Anderson were pioneer farmers in the Eureka Flats area in the late 1800s. Their son, Carl A. Anderson, was born in 1899 and attended local schools, before earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Washington State College (now Washington State University) in 1922. This fund was established within the Blue Mountain Community Foundation in Walla Wall, WA to honor the Anderson family, and starting 2026 awarded through WSU College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences.

Award Requirements:
This Fund shall support scholarships for students in good standing and studying agriculture within the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences.
